Bloesem is de zaak van chefs Brend Geudens en Nebo Schamp, geopend eind 2024 in een stille woonwijk van Borgerhout. Met slechts veertien stoelen, een toog, een tafel en een open keuken draait alles hier om intimiteit. De kamado zorgt voor het spel met vuur en grill, terwijl het degustatiemenu van zo’n vijftien tot zeventien gangen meebeweegt met de seizoenen.

De garage en tuin van een rijhuis werden omgetoverd tot een intiem en stijlvol restaurant. Lichte eik, inox en linnen gordijnen bepalen de sfeer, met de open keuken als kloppend hart, want je ziet de chefs aan het werk vanaf de toog.
