Dit resulteert in een gastronomische en vineuze bubbel die in de neus brioche en amandel combineert met rijpe appel. De mousse is erg zacht maar mondvullend. Alles komt samen in een elegante finale die bulkt van frisheid. In totaal werden 3700 flessen gebotteld waarvan de helft aan de topgastronomie wordt verdeeld. For something exclusive in the glass this winter, be sure to look out for the new Valke Vleug Brut 2019 from the eponymous vineyard in Puurs. 100% Chardonnay from the very first harvest in 2019, aged for 40 months ‘sur lattes,’ creating a typical Champagne style. This results in a gastronomic and vinous bubble that combines brioche and almond aromas with ripe apple notes. The mousse is very soft but mouth-filling. Everything comes together in an elegant finish that is full of freshness. A total of 3700 bottles were produced, half of which are distributed to top gastronomy.
