The coated flat beater quickly and thoroughly mixes potatoes, cake batter, cookie dough and more. The unique spiral design of the coated PowerKnead dough hook replicates hand-kneading with a powerful force that kneads 25% more yeast bread dough than previous models. The 6-wire whip incorporates the maximum amount of air in whipped mixtures for fluffier whipped cream and angel food cakes.
