We are proud to pair up with Redcamper to offer a special collaboration version of our victory cheese box, available for shipping, local delivery or pickup. While there has been a lot of coverage on the impact of covid-19 on small business, restaurants and retailers, what you may not have heard so much about is the resulting impact this pandemic has had on it's suppliers. We too suffered some loss of sales when restaurants shut down and now slowly, ever so slowly open up, but specialty, small independent farms and cheesemakers who relied almost entirely on this market took a giant hit. Many of those small farms are not set up for online sales and while staples at grocers surged in sales, speciality foods did not. Thus, the Victory Cheese Box was born. Reminiscent of Victory Gardens and community minded movements in tough times
