This pasta roller attachment turns pasta dough into sheets that range from thick to thin and can be cut into lasagna or other shapes. Fettuccine and spaghetti cutters can be attached to the mixer to turn those freshly rolled sheets into mounds of fresh pasta ready to cook and top with favorite sauces. Fresh pasta can be refrigerated for short term storage or dried to keep much longer.
