At Joe Mama's Wood Fired Pizza we take great pride in the quality of the food we serve. Our menu is centered around artisan pizzas, using the finest ingredients baked in a traditional wood fired oven we imported from Tuscany. We also offer appetizers, wonderfully fresh salads, and house baked breads and desserts. The rolls we use for our lunch sandwiches are baked just prior to opening every day. We smoke the pastrami we use for our muffulettas several times weekly and our creamy clam chowder is a recipe we have been making since we opened our first restaurant in Michigan over 40 years ago. In our kitchen you won't find a freezer, fryer or microwave. We are all about fresh food served in a comfortable setting. We have a full bar featuring premium cocktails made with freshly squeezed juices, a nice selection of domestic and imported wines & a changing variety of craft beer on tap.
