Product Description What’s included: -Okonomiyaki pancake mix-Squid Tenkasu (tempura bits)-Yam powder -Aonori (dried green laver) What you’ll need: -Cabbage-Eggs-Pork slices (or protein of your choice)-Green onion-Okonomiyaki Sauce, available for purchase here Start with mixing the pancake mix (white package) and yam powder (pink package) with 160 cc water, then add cabbage, egg and green onions as well as the Tenkasu (yellow package) - mix well. Prepare a hot plate or pan on high heat, spread your okonomiyaki batter and let it cook for few minutes, then add your meat on top, and flip to cook the other side.
