I like this can opener because of the big turning part and also because there are no sharp edges once you are finished, and it is a reasonable price on (around US $25 when purchased). The only reason that I don't like this can opener is because of my coordination. I have to figure out different movements to get the can opener on and then to get the lid off. And I think the plier movement [the pliers are recommended to use to pull the lid off after opening] is out of the question. At least for right now. Unlike battery operated electric can openers, this one is manual.
