Prepare: Heat water to a temperature between 195°F and 205°F (90°C to 96°C).
Grind: Grind 1 ounce (about 4 tablespoons) of coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency per cup.
Rinse: Place the stainless steel pour-over filter on top of a mason jar and rinse it with hot water to remove any residual taste and preheat the equipment.
Add Coffee: Add the ground coffee to the filter, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
