In order for it to glow it will need to “charge” in the sun or under a uv light first. All cups glow green in the dark. I usually cook at 350 for 5 minutes in a toaster ove.

I usually cook at 350 for 5 minutes in a toaster oven on convection setting. The smaller the oven the faster and hotter they will process. So check as you go every 2 minutes to be sure until you find your sweet spot for these.
I do check these as I go usually because the coating that makes them change color will also make them take less time to cook the image on.
