This listing is for a brand new, AUTHENTIC Stanley tumbler that has been laser engraved with a full, 360-degree floral orange blossom design wrap. Our tumblers are laser engraved (no vinyl) and will last a lifetime with proper care and handling. It is highly recommended that tumblers are hand-washed only, including lids and straws. All of our tumblers are purchased directly from Stanley or other reputable retailers. Each tumbler is brand new, never used - we remove the cardboard sleeve/tag to engrave the design and then each cup will be washed by hand to remove any residue from the lasering process. We will then carefully package and ship your tumbler to you. As with all handmade items, slight imperfections/variations may occur. We do not accept returns unless a mistake has been made on our end, but if you have any problems or issues, please reach out to us and we will try our best to assist you.
