The Blade Sled broadhead sharpener. Sharpens small replaceable blades razor sharp with minimal effort. Designed specifically to sharpen Rage, Sevr, Swhacker, SlickTrick, Muzzy and other small, flat replacement blades. It even works for Xacto blades. This product is superior because of high strength machined T6-6061 aircraft aluminum. You can hand torque the crap out of the machine bolt with a Phillips or flathead screwdriver and achieve high clamp force. This removes the frustration of the blade moving during use and allows you to sharpen wet or dry. Smooth rolling steel axle and plastic wheels. Simple angle choice of 21 or 19 degrees. Easy to assemble. Easy to obtain shaving sharp results with minimal experience. With some practice you can obtain dry shaving sharpness. It even works with X-Acto blades. High strength T6-6061 aircraft aluminum and smooth rolling steel axle with plastic wheels. Angle choice of 21 or 19 degrees**. Just loosen screw and move axle position to change angle. High clamp force allows sharpening wet or dry in stones or sandpaper. Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust angle. Wet shaving sharp can be expected when following the directions. 400 grit and 800 grit silicon carbide wet/dry sandpaper recommended. For slightly bent blades and Magnus, start with 220 grit to create a fresh bevel. Repeatable, wet shaving sharp with little effort. With some practice you can achieve dry shaving sharp.
